Web Transport

Rotarylogic Machinery have a range of web transport systems used in the Converting, Digital Finishing and Secuirty Print Finishing Industries. these machine encompass servo technology offering future proof design and modular construction.

Modules available are as follows:

Unwinds - Cantilevered or dual side frame with reel lifts
Base modules for finishing equipment
Additional unwinds & rewinds (Multi web applications)
Die cutting stations
Flexo print stations for web conditioning and over printing
Rewinds - Cantilevered or dual side frame with reel lifts

All modules use independent servo drives equipped to perform either tension or register functionality.


	Dual side frame 1250 mm unwind with servo infeed, reel lift and web guidance.

	Dual side frame 1250 mm rewind with servo outfeed, reel lift and touch panel.

		Flexographic Printing station for UV or conventional drying with servo register control, doctor blade and print cassette.


	Rotary die cutting stations with options of male/female cutting and embossing. Full servo register control.


	Servo technology for winders, process control, in setting, re registration, tension control. The RLM servo systems utilises high speed drive networks and local I/O for advanced functionality and superior performance.
